[ANOTHER KICK. To the ass. GTFO.] Wagh! [Vanishes off screen]

Ahem.

Simply format your post like so:

[Date | Time | Format of scenario-- Where you want me to bury the body]

And that's- that's.... [Notices the addition. Turns a burning stare onto Kankuro] You... [backs away but can't stop grinning] I regret nothing.

[Burning stare turns into pleasant smile.]

It's as simple as that. Now excuse me, I have a certain Sand Sibling to maim.

Temari?

[pleasant smile seems to visible crack. cue ominous latin chanting.]

Temari spilled the beans about Kankuro's birthday. After he was nice enough to wish Chouji a happy birthday and help cook, Chouji can hardly let the day go unnoticed.

He doesn't think Kankuro would want the fuss, though, so he doesn't mention it. Making anything in the kitchen of a floor full of ninja without its recipient noticing is difficult, but Chouji is a shinobi too. He chooses a time between meals and takes over the kitchen, keeping careful watch all the while.

Eventually, there is a cake on the counter, its icing reading "Happy birthday, Kankuro!"

Chouji smiles and leaves the kitchen.

He answers the door, recognizing the voice. Kankuro must have found his cake by now. Chouji knows full well how predictable he is. Food left in the kitchen is often from Chouji, plus his handwriting might give it away. He didn't leave a note with his name, sure, but he also was hardly trying to remain anonymous.

Chouji smiles. "Happy birthday. Temari told me, otherwise I wouldn't have known it was today."
